5 Things I Learned While On Sick Lock Down

  1. I often have to discipline myself to workout, walk, do yoga even when I know I want to. Self Discipline Is King.
  2. Eating for nutrition is so much smarter and important when you are healthy as well as sick. May Food Be Your Medicine – or Super Vitamin!
  3. Sometimes you have to force yourself to do what is good for you. That can include drinking water even if you don’t feel like it – or herb tea, hot honey lemon water :), eating something nutritious. Doing the dishes…
  4. Sometimes we are just laying around out of habit. Get up! Every minute moving is a minute you are not sitting idle. Decay or Grow. Your choice.
  5. It will get better. But the more you put into it the better it will get sooner.
